Responsibilities:
- Would be responsible for Sales & Account Management
A. Developing New Business Avenues & marketing (Firstnaukri & Do Select products).
B. Responsible for achieving quarterly, annual revenue - sales targets.
- Should demonstrate strong selling & account management skills.
- Should be able to generate new business from assigned portfolio of clients/area/branch.
- Will be responsible for key client retention, renewals and increase ARPU per client.
- Review Sales Reports leads generated, conversions, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to crack newer accounts and penetrate market.
- Build strong and successful relationships with current and potential customers.
- Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy for assigned portfolio.
- Manage clients from initial engagement to campaign completion to re-engagement.
- Collaborating with Naukri Team for Firstnaukri/DoSelect leads, renewals and closure of accounts.
- Focus on New Products (Do Select) and identify the opportunities in Promoting, Cross Selling and pushing in the market.
You should have:
- Experience/Knowledge in either HR, Recruitment Tech or Recruitment Functions, Online Assessments would be added advantage.
- Experience of managing large enterprise role.
- Constantly achieved and super achieved targets.
- Contacts at C-level/ ability to interact at C-level.
- High impact communicator including ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations.
- Understanding of internet industry will be a plus though not mandatory.
