Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager Cooperate with 6+ years of experience to drive growth and expand our presence in the market.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate sales and marketing strategies, a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and a successful track record of managing relationships with corporate clients. Experience within the travel , aviation and SAAS industry is a significant plus.
This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients, build lasting partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities with corporate clients, partnerships, and market segments.
- Corporate Client Acquisition: Target and acquire new corporate clients through strategic outreach, networking, and compelling value propositions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights. Provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of progressive experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies that have driven tangible results.
- Strong ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends.
- Significant experience in engaging with and acquiring corporate clients.
- Excellent skills in building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience within the travel or aviation industry is a significant plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
