Job Profile: Consultant/Senior Consultant- Renewable Energy

Qualification: MBA in Finance or comparable qualification with 2-6 years of experience as a Consultant. Having experience in the Renewable Energy Industry or Infrastructure must.

Office Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of open access PPA mandates for corporate clients (solar, wind, hybrid)

- Create, structure, and float detailed techno-commercial RFPs to multiple developers

- Identify and enforce non-negotiable terms (tariff caps, exit clauses, savings guarantees, equity structures)

- Compare developer responses on commercial & technical parity

- Coordinate internal & external stakeholders: developers, legal advisors, client CXOs

- Ensure fidelity of agreed terms from RFP - Term Sheet - PPA

- Maintain an updated view of developer market, tariffs, and state-wise open access regulations

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong understanding of open access policy and commercial structuring

- Proven experience in deal negotiation and execution

- Ability to draft, challenge, and enforce contract terms

- CXO-level communication and client advisory skills

- Regulatory awareness across states (preferably group captive and third-party)
