Overall Job Description:
- Deliver on dash boards & analytical solutions pertaining to Investments at bank level (Affluent & Consumer banking) using advanced statistical methods, leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise.
- Preparing analytical reports & sales+ Budget planning to the management team on Investments to devise campaigns & cross sell strategies (Investment products)
- Designing end-to-end cross sell models on ETB customers through B2C & via channels
- Work on critical business analysis to drive positive impact on channel performance, product offering, customer experience and sales.
- Stay abreast of current business developments and coordination with key stakeholders like digital, product, campaign, MIS & marketing teams.
- Successfully engage in multiple project initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical solutions around (but not limited to): Cross sell, Forecasting, Propensity modelling, Segmentations, Campaign optimization.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
EDUCATION:
Essential requirement:
- Graduate / PG (Statistics/ Business Management/ Economics)
- 5+ years of industry experience in the same field ( Banks/ AMCs/ Fintech/ Investments/ Brokerage houses)
Preferred: Experience in to same field (Investments) & Tier I business school
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Essential requirement: Excel, Power Point, Investment products
Any specific requirements:
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Inquisitiveness and a desire for continuous self-improvement and development of new skills.
