Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Department : MD's Office

Role Details:

- The individual will be a part of MD's office at IndusInd Bank. He / she will work closely with the team to assist the MD in supervising compliance and risk related matters. Further, he / she will liaison with various unit heads across the Bank on important initiatives in Compliance, Risk, GRC, Digital and Governance.

- The role provides a unique learning opportunity to understand banking processes from top management perspective.

Overall Job Description:

- Work closely with MD & CEO to primarily oversee compliance and risk related matters.

- Work with stakeholders within the Bank as well as external stakeholders to drive actionables and manage key initiatives.

- Support and assist in improving various processes in the Bank basis the regulatory requirements and internal / external reviews.

- Bring external insights basis scan of macro-economic environment, best practices in corporate governance, benchmarking of competitive landscape and developments in the industry.

- Be part of reviews of key business units and functions along with MD & CEO and help crystalize and drive action agenda with each of the business / functional units.

- Ability to work/engage with leadership team and top management stakeholders on behalf of MD & CEO
