Position Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives in the 2-Wheeler (2W) and 3-Wheeler (3W) segments. This role is pivotal in managing key customer relationships, securing new business partnerships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new fleet customers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with OEM partners, dealers, and internal teams to deliver superior customer outcomes and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed B2B sales targets.
- Identify, engage, negotiate, and close sales deals with both new and existing fleet customers.
- Foster strong collaboration with OEM partners, dealers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution and delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Proactively resolve customer issues within defined timelines to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage strategic account relationships for sustained business growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.

- Prior experience in logistics, OEM, or electric vehicle (EV) fleet industries is highly preferred.
