Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large datasets using Excel and other analytical tools to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that influence business strategy

- Develop clear, data-driven strategy decks and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and leadership

- Collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements, identify gaps, and drive data-informed decision-making

- Support the planning and execution of business initiatives by providing analytical expertise and continuous performance tracking

- Assist in defining KPIs, setting benchmarks, and measuring business impact across projects and functions

- Contribute to process improvements and optimize reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role

- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) and experience creating impactful presentations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
