Job Summary:
The Employee Health & Wellness Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee wellness programs to foster a high-performance work culture. This role will focus on enhancing employee benefits, engagement strategies, and well being initiatives to improve productivity and overall workplace satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute Corporate Wellness Programs to promote employee well-being.
- Strategically plan and oversee Corporate Health Checks to ensure employees have access to comprehensive preventive care.
- Expand and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IndiGo Cares, the companys flagship well-being program, by optimizing its diverse services, including:
- A 24/7 ambulance service providing emergency medical assistance.
- Round-the-clock online support for mental health and emotional well-being.
- Expert dietary guidance through in-person and virtual consultations.
- Dedicated child daycare support for women employees and single fathers
- Establish workplace wellness solutions by building strategic partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and fitness centers.
- Innovate and refine Corporate Health Insurance policies to align with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement data-driven mental health strategies, including awareness campaigns, training programs, and clinical services, in collaboration with HRPs & key stakeholders across
different functions.
- Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the Employee Assistance Program
(EAP) to support employee well-being.
- Produce annual mental health reports to monitor the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or masters degree in health & Wellness, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and managing corporate wellness and employee engagement programs.
- Strong understanding of mental health strategies, and employee assistance programs.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience of building strategic partnerships with healthcare and wellness organizations.
