Growth & Business Manager/ Director / Head : Edtech & Study Abroad
Location: Greater Noida Delhi NCR (On-ground presence mandatory)
Qualification: MBA from a Top Indian B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, etc.)
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Business-Linked Upside (Profit-Sharing/Revenue-Based Bonuses)
Type: Entrepreneurial, Leadership-Track Role- It's a role for those who love to create businesses, processes and growth.
Location Mandatory: This is an in-person, Delhi NCR-based role.
If you are not currently based in Delhi NCR and would need to relocate to Greater Noida for this role, please do not apply. We are looking for candidates who are already settled in the region and can commit to an on-ground presence from day one.

Role Overview:
- We're looking for a Growth & Business Manager who will operate as a right-hand to the founders-owning the engine of growth across admissions, partnerships, client acquisition, and operations.
- This is a role for someone who doesn't just want to "run a function"-they want to build and scale a business.
What You'll Own?
- Revenue Growth Strategy: Build and execute plans for hitting monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Client Funnel Optimization: Streamline the lead-to-paid journey via CRM, automations, and counselor training
- Performance Marketing + Partnerships: Work with vendors, freelancers, and schools to drive demand
- Founder-Led Sales Enablement: Help convert high-ticket leads; own metrics, dashboards, and refinements
- Business Development: Build partnerships with schools, overseas mentors, and fintech/visa players
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize delivery, outsourcing coordination, and cost control
Who You Are?
- MBA from a top Indian B-School (IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/SPJIMR or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in business growth, startup ops, or strategic sales
- Prior experience in edtech, admissions, study abroad, or consumer services is a strong plus
- Fluent in business, data, execution, and people - can own targets and drive teams
- Hungry, humble, and ready to think like an owner, not just a manager
