IndiEuros is a premium admission concierge for UG/PG/MBBS, delivering white-glove support from profile mapping and SOPs to visa and post-landing. We are moving from founder-led to professionally managed, with Tier-2 expansion across Delhi-NCR, UP, and MP.

Why this role exists (commercial outcomes)

- Revenue & Profitability: Own quarterly and annual revenue targets and deliver 12%+ EBITDA at scale.

- Channel Mix: Build a balanced acquisition engine across B2C, B2B, and Referrals (no single-channel dependence).

- Portfolio & Yield: Scale UG/PG/MBBS/Concierge under a service-fee + commission model with premium tiers and disciplined contribution per student.

Role Summary

The CCO is the commercial head for growth, pricing, partnerships, and revenue operations. You will design and run the revenue architecturechannels, offers, partner yield, and brand demandowning P&L delivery while protecting IndiEuros premium positioning.

What youll own

1) Revenue architecture & P&L

- Full commercial ownership of P&L, working capital drivers, and gross margin; deliver 12%+ EBITDA.

- Translate the revenue plan into pipeline/targets, CAC, conversion, and contribution; run monthly unit-economics and variance reviews.

2) Product, pricing & offers

- Operationalise tiered Premium / Standard / Essential offerings (incl. MBBS bands); set contribution and discount guardrails.

- Design pricing, promotions, scholarships/waivers and refund policies; keep service-fee : commission healthy.

3) Channels & demand generation

- Build and scale a multi-channel engine to drive placements:

B2C: Performance marketing (Google/Meta/YouTube/SEO), centres, events/webinars.

B2B: Schools/colleges, corporate academies, consultant network (rev-share).

Referrals: Structured parent/student programs with low CAC and high trust.

- Own CAC/ROAS targets, lead quality gates, routing SLAs, and show-rate tactics.

4) Partnerships & supply

- Rapid university onboarding; secure competitive commissions, co-marketing, and exclusivity plays.

- Ensure portal integrations, counsellor enablement, partner compliance; maximise partner yield.

5) Brand, marketing & content

- Own performance budget and the premium narrative vs international/national/local competitors.

- Launch a success-framework and real-time application tracking; enforce advertising and claims compliance.

6) Commercial operations (RevOps)

- Run weekly forecast, pipeline health, and win-rate reviews by channel and territory.

- Stand up revenue dashboards (funnel, CAC, ROAS, cycle time, contribution/student); drive A/B tests and playbooks.

7) Centres & geography (commercial lens)

- Set centre targets, local demand plans, and event calendars for Noida + Tier-2 towns;

- In metros, use events + consultant network until centre economics justify footprints.

8) People, data & systems

- Build and lead Growth, Partnerships, Performance Marketing, and Sales/SDR teams; set OKRs and incentives.

- Deploy CRM (Leap / Zoro / HubSpot) with strict data hygiene; automate follow-ups, reminders, and reporting.

KPIs (weekly/monthly)

- Revenue vs plan | EBITDA % | Cash conversion

- Funnel by channel: Leads Counselling Applications Offers Visa Enrolments

- CAC/ROAS by channel | Contribution per student | Cycle time | Refund rate

- Partner count & yield | University activation time | Centre revenue targets | NPS / SLA adherence

What were looking for

Mandatory domain experience: 100% prior experience in Study Abroad / International Student Recruitment & Education Services (agency/consultancy, admissions/enrolment management, university partnerships). Applications without this specific industry experience will not be considered.

- MBA preferred; 8-14 years in commercial/growth leadership with direct P&L in education services/edtech/premium services.

- Depth in pricing, performance marketing, partnerships, and channel building; proven CAC discipline and conversion uplift.

- Strong command of international admissions (US/Canada/UK/Europe/Australia/UAE) and university partnership mechanics.

- Data-driven leader who builds teams, hits numbers, and improves systemsnot just slides.

Compensation

Flexible for the right leader: Fixed + Incentives / Revenue Share / Profit Share / ESOPs.
