IndiEuros is an ultra-premium admission concierge for UG/PG/MBBS, offering white-glove support from profile mapping and SOPs to visa and post-landing. We are transitioning from founder-led to professionally managed, with expansion planned across Tier-2 cities in Delhi-NCR, UP, and MP.
Why this role exists (outcome targets)
- Revenue & Profitability: Own quarterly and annual revenue targets and deliver 12%+ EBITDA at scale.
- Channel Mix: Build a balanced acquisition engine across B2C, B2B, and Referrals (no single-channel dependence).
- Portfolio: Grow UG/PG/MBBS/Concierge under a service-fee + commission model with premium, tiered offerings.
Role Summary
CEO-designate for strategy, P&L, profitability, people, and execution. Build the organisation, systems, and partnerships to hit revenue and brand outcomes while maintaining premium standards.
What you'll own
1) Strategy & P&L
- Full ownership of P&L, working capital, and balance sheet; deliver 12%+ EBITDA.
- Translate the revenue plan into staffing, CAC, conversion, and cash; run monthly unit-economics and variance reviews.
2) Product & Pricing (Tiered)
- Operationalise Premium / Standard / Essential tiers (incl. MBBS bands).
- Maintain a healthy service-fee : commission blend while protecting positioning.
3) Go-to-Market & Channels
- Orchestrate a multi-channel engine to drive student placements:
- B2C: Digital (Google/Meta/YouTube/SEO), walk-in centres, events/webinars.
- B2B: Schools/colleges, corporate tie-ups, consultant network (revenue-share).
- Referrals: Structured student/parent programs with low CAC and high trust.
4) Partnerships & Supply
- 90-day sprint: onboard priority universities; secure competitive commissions; enable portal integrations and counsellor training.
- Build exclusive/co-marketing agreements; expand MBBS partner base.
5) Marketing & Brand
- Lead performance marketing, referrals, school outreach, and events; manage the marketing budget with clear ROI.
- Craft a premium narrative vs international/national/local competitors, with success-frameworks and real-time application tracking.
6) Customer Journey & Ops
- Standardise SOPs across counselling - applications - visa - post-landing; enforce SLAs and NPS.
- Build a scalable documentation, visa, and concierge backbone without diluting experience.
7) Organisation & Tech
- People plan (first 90 days): mix of counsellors, marketing specialist, ops executives, and 1 BD; set OKRs and incentives.
- Deploy CRM (Leap / Zoro / HubSpot), university portals, dashboards, and mobile/app tracking; automate follow-ups and reporting.
8) Centres & Geography
- Launch/operate centres (priority: Noida + Tier-2 towns) with satellite/virtual presence.
- In metros (Delhi/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Pune), use events + consultant network until centre economics justify footprints.
KPIs (weekly/monthly)
- Revenue vs plan | EBITDA % | Cash burn / runway
- Funnel by channel: Leads - Counselling - Applications - Offers - Visa - Enrolments
- CAC by channel | Contribution per student | Cycle time | Refund rate
- Partner count & yield | Centre P&L | NPS / SLA adherence
What we're looking for
- MBA (5+ yrs) leading P&L and scale-ups in education consulting/edtech/premium services or seasoned Commercial Director or Finance Head with services GTM.
- Should have hands on experience of running STUDY ABROAD Business.
- Strong command of international admissions (US/Canada/UK/Europe/Australia/UAE) and university partnership mechanics.
- A clear operator who builds teams, hits numbers, and improves systems-not just slides.

Flexible for the right leader: Fixed + Incentives / Revenue Share / Profit Share / ESOPs.
