IndiaNIC is a global offshore software development company with 25+ years of experience and presence in UAE, USA & Australia. Were seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our IT software services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new clients and business opportunities in IT services.
- Build & maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Develop strategies and execute plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with delivery, technical, and marketing teams for project success.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience of dealing with enterprise agencies with proven acumen of managing and nurturing healthy business relationships over long term.
- Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in IT software services sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
