- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions.

- You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating requirements into functional specifications for software development.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including clients, users, and internal teams.

- Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to define functional requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess the potential benefits, risks, and costs associated with proposed solutions.

- Create detailed business process models, use cases, and user stories to effectively communicate requirements to development teams.

- Facilitate and lead workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and gather feedback.

- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business requirements and existing software functionalities.

- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure software meets business requirements and quality standards.

- Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts, assisting in their professional development and growth.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and software development.

Desired Specifications & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven min. 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst role in the IT software industry.

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

- Experience with business process modeling techniques and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Experience with relevant project management tools such as JIRA; Wire-framing tools such as Figma; Other tools such as Draw.io, Fig Jam.
