Job Title: Enterprise Sales Consultant
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and strategic Enterprise Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring large corporate clients, building lasting relationships with senior leaders, and delivering customized solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with excellent relationship management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within large enterprises, establishing trust and positioning the organization as a preferred partner.
- New Business Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals with corporate clients, consistently achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Client Success & Account Management: Manage key accounts to ensure superior client satisfaction and retention, providing insights and solutions that maximize clients return on investment.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle and client relationship, collaborating with internal teams to resolve client queries and deliver a seamless experience.
- Effective Liaison & Follow-Up: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and alignment to client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA (Required).
- Minimum years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or relationship management with large corporate accounts.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing large corporate clients and meeting revenue goals.
