Job Title: India Head - Vice President (Consumer Durables)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic India Head - Vice President to lead and drive our Consumer Durables business across multiple geographies in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealer & distribution management, extensive experience in handling large teams, and a proven track record of business growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability in the consumer durables sector.
Dealer & Distribution Management: Establish and strengthen dealer and distribution networks, ensuring efficient supply chain and market penetration.
Geographical Expansion: Leverage experience in managing operations across 2-3 geographies to enhance brand presence and sales.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of 6-7 direct reports and oversee an indirect workforce of 60-70 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Revenue & Profitability: Drive revenue growth and ensure cost optimization while maintaining customer satisfaction and brand value.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless operations by implementing best practices, process improvements, and technology-driven solutions.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate policies while maintaining ethical business practices.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 15+ years of experience in consumer durables, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple geographies.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of dealer & distribution networks, market dynamics, and sales strategies in the consumer durables sector.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams, mentor talent, and drive organizational success.
Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
