In-Stock Manager - FMCG

We are seeking an experienced In-Stock Manager - Planning with a strong background in FMCG supply chain, particularly in staple foods, to manage and improve inventory metrics, ensure high availability, reduce stock-outs, and enhance customer satisfaction through accurate demand and supply planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment for staple food SKUs.

- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.

- Monitor and improve key inventory metrics: fill rate, days of cover, stock turn, aging inventory.

- Collaborate with category teams, procurement, and logistics for end-to-end planning.

- Analyze historical sales trends, seasonality, and external market data to improve forecast accuracy.

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment and supply continuity.

- Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks and delays.

- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems.
