Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Strategic Financial Insights : Deliver monthly/quarterly financial reports, conduct variance analysis & support month-end closing.

- Lead Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in annual budgeting, prepare rolling forecasts & provide strategic recommendations.

- Optimize MIS & Reporting : Develop automated reports using Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.

- Budget vs. Actual Analysis : Identify performance drivers, optimize profitability & support risk mitigation.

- Business Partnering : Work closely with leadership, offering insights for investment and strategy.

- Compliance & Ad-hoc Support : Conduct financial modeling, assist in audits & mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of FP&A experience.

- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, MIS, and variance analysis.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills.

- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and compliance.

- Analytical mindset, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
