Job Summary:

- The Technical Product Manager (TPM) bridges the gap between technical teams, R&D, and business strategy, ensuring that product development aligns with market needs and IMZ's strategic goals.

- This role involves defining IoT & AI-driven product vision, creating roadmaps, and working closely with R&D to develop high-quality, scalable security solutions.

- The TPM will oversee hardware-software integration, AI-driven analytics, and cloud-based tracking platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the AI & IoT product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.

- Gather and prioritize customer requirements through market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback.

- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, strategy, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.

- Develop detailed technical specifications, system architecture, and AI-driven analytics frameworks.

- Lead hardware-software integration efforts for IoT tracking, security monitoring, and cloud-based analytics.

- Monitor IoT device performance, AI analytics insights, and system scalability, recommending improvements.

- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment.

- Oversee pilot programs, field deployments, and real-world testing of IoT tracking solutions.

- Support product launches by coordinating with marketing, training sales and support teams, and addressing customer inquiries.

- Stay informed about emerging AI, IoT, and cybersecurity trends to maintain product competitiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of IoT architecture, AI/ML analytics, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity protocols.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.

- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) for informed decision-making.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies, and product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).

- Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Technical knowledge of APIs, cloud computing, AI-driven automation, and IoT security frameworks.

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IoT, AI, or a related field.

- Master's degree MBA or (M.Tech) is a plus.

- Certifications like CSPO, PMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are advantageous.

Experience Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in software product management (includes two years of experience of IOT and AI is a plus).

- Proven experience in leading R&D teams, managing product lifecycles, and launching AI/IoT-driven solutions.

- Prior roles in AI solution architecture, IoT product development, or technical leadership are preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

- Strong customer focus with an ability to understand user needs.

- Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and AI/IoT product trends.
