Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes in line with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and improve the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, logistics, procurement, facilities, and customer service

- Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and best practices that enhance efficiency and reduce costs

- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and workflow

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation within operational departments

- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence

- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives

- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to automate and streamline operations

- Conduct regular audits and reports on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- 5 to 8 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions

- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and operational tools (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree

- Experience in [industry-specific experience e.g., manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare, etc.]

- Lean Six Sigma certification or familiarity with lean operational principles

- Experience managing remote or distributed teams

- Working knowledge of supply chain management or quality control systems
