Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple digital channels, with a strong grasp of current marketing tools, strategies, and analytics. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO, etc.)

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Create engaging content for various digital platforms (web, blogs, email, social, etc.)

- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms for SEO and engagement.

- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.

- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

- Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on digital platforms.


Qualifications


- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

- Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills


- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.

- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus
