Job Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and driven PR Manager to lead media relations, enhance personal branding initiatives for key leadership, and create compelling written content across multiple channels.

- This role is crucial in shaping the public perception of ImpactGuru and amplifying our brand narrative in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets (online, print, and broadcast).

- Secure meaningful media coverage across national and regional publications.

- Proactively pitch ImpactGuru stories, thought leadership, and success stories.

- Track media trends and monitor news coverage; share media insights with internal stakeholders.

Personal Branding for Leadership:


- Craft and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy for CXOs and founders.

- Drive visibility through speaking engagements, podcast features, interviews, and industry panels.

- Identify opportunities for awards, recognitions, and expert commentary.

Content Development:

- Write high-quality press releases, authored articles, blog posts, and op-eds.

- Collaborate with internal teams to generate content ideas aligned with business priorities.

- Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all public communications.

Crisis Communications:

- Lead strategic crisis communications initiatives and oversee reputation management to safeguard and enhance Impact Guru's brand image during challenging situations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in PR or corporate communications, preferably in a startup or digital-first environment.

- Excellent media network and proven track record of media placements.

- Strong writing and editing skills with a flair for storytelling.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple narratives and stakeholders.
