Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients from FMCG, Auto, Agribusiness, Consumer Durables, and Pharma sectors.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and anticipating their requirements.

- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude, ensuring client satisfaction at every interaction.

- Manage project costs, budgets, and client expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Coordinate projects by effectively communicating with clients and the production team, ensuring all steps are followed to keep projects on track.

- Supervise and check all deliverables, coordinating with vendors for production.

- Oversee operational alignment, estimates, collaterals, fabrication, and creative development.

- Manage projects efficiently under tight deadlines, working directly with clients, planning, operations, creative, and accounts teams.

- Create and manage new client accounts, contributing to business generation.

- Liaise with clients on proposals, project deliveries, and post-campaign analyses.

- Steer projects running in semi-urban and rural backdrops across India.

- Effectively communicate client needs and internal resources throughout the production cycle.

- Work collaboratively with the creative team to bring ideas to the table, offer suggestions, conduct research, and stay updated on new technologies.

- Manage and coordinate with a team of creative individuals, including those at the Delhi head office.

Requirements:

Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience managing clients in FMCG, Auto, Agribusiness, Consumer Durables, and Pharma sectors.

- Prior experience working in rural activations and project management.

Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Excellent phone skills and etiquette.

- Intermediate knowledge of internet terms and capabilities, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- A "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach.

Education:

- A post graduate degree in business management, mass communication, marketing/brand management, or journalism is preferred
