Role: Manager - Sales (Interiors)
Experience: 7-12 Years
Location: Hyderabad - Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales for interior solutions (residential/commercial projects) in Hyderabad region
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with architects, builders, corporates, and high-net-worth clients
- Handle B2B & B2C sales cycles including lead generation, negotiation, closure, and collections
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives
- Collaborate with design, project execution, and procurement teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to create effective sales strategies
- Manage and mentor sales executives/team members, driving performance and productivity
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in interior design / modular furniture / building materials sales (mandatory)
- Strong B2B and enterprise sales exposure with negotiation and deal-closure skills
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and client engagement abilities
- Ability to drive strategy, revenue growth, and team success
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 7-12 years of experience in interior sales or related industries
