IDBI Capital Markets - Associate/Senior Associate - Private Equity

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in preparation of financial model, valuation, information memorandum, to negotiation, deal structuring, due diligence, legal documents etc.

- End to end transaction experience will be preferred.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: MBA/PGDM - Finance from premier institute or CA/CFA

LOCATION: Cuffe Parade, Churchgate, Mumbai

INDUSTRY: Private Equity (Investment Banking)

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in executing PE transactions

- Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuation of potential investment opportunities.

- Support due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, financial, and regulatory teams.

- Prepare and manage key transaction documents, ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Engage with clients and investors to drive deal execution.
