We're on the lookout for an experienced Resource Management & PMO Lead to join our dynamic team.

This role is pivotal in connecting delivery, business, and talent functions to ensure optimal resource deployment and project success-globally.

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end resource planning, forecasting & allocation across global teams

- Drive utilization improvement and pyramid optimization initiatives

- Partner with delivery, HR, and TA teams for proactive capacity planning

- Create real-time Power BI dashboards to bring visibility and insights to leadership

- Oversee PMO governance, capacity adjustments, and performance KPIs

What You Bring:

- 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in dedicated resource management

- Strong command of PSA tools like Rocketlane, FinancialForce, or OpenAir

- Power user of Power BI and Excel for insightful dashboards

- Proven track record of stakeholder management and strategic impact

- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
