Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with hotel operations and industry standards.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for all hotel staff.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, and incentive programs for hotel employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, work permits, and visa requirements for staff.
- Lead initiatives related to workplace harassment prevention and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize workforce planning and staffing levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee development.
- Manage the hotel's HR budget and related financial aspects.
- Represent employee interests in managerial meetings and communicate key information from upper management to staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of HR
