Position: Operation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards in guest service, cleanliness, and overall property management.
- Drive hotel sales and revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team across departments, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows and ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other operational areas.
- Supervise front office operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standard operating practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing issues to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and work towards maximizing profitability across all outlets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of all departments to maintain quality standards and operational readiness.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a commitment to resolution.
- Report to the General Manager and deputize in their absence.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask
