- Identify and target potential business clients, including companies, organizations, and travel agencies, to drive corporate sales.
- Strategically manage room sales to maximize occupancy and revenue, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to optimize visibility and pricing.
- Oversee Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) sales, delivering seamless event experiences.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and rates.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to secure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Coordinate with internal teams (front office, housekeeping, banquet, IT) for smooth operations.
- Track sales performance using CRM tools to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate sales within the hospitality industry.
