Outcomes: Onboarding Success: - Lead customer onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the platform. - Deliver tailored training and resources to help customers quickly realize value from HyperStart. Nurturing & Customer Health: - Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts. - Regularly monitor customer health, proactively addressing issues to maintain high satisfaction and retention. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customers maximize their use of HyperStarts features. Renewals: - Drive customer satisfaction to secure renewals, aiming for zero churn across your portfolio. - Proactively identify and resolve challenges to prevent customer attrition. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers achieve their business goals, fostering long-term partnerships.
