Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Manager 4 is responsible for supporting the Hyland common quality framework, testing tools and technologies, and policy standards and practices landscape across the company's product suites.
This is a shared services role that supports the compliance and accountability activities of teams on quality oversight as it occurs throughout the software development lifecycle and releases.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult and solicit requirements from stakeholders on needs for quality test concepts and tools that align with associated business programs and strategies; ensuring standardization in quality compliance and strategy.
What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or technical experience in the software industry or any other similar industry.
- 1 year minimum of Agile experience.
- Relevant experience with process improvement.
- Success in effectively envisioning developing and implementing new strategies to address competitive complex business issues.
- Demonstrated track record of solving complex business problems with scalable solutions.
- 8-10 years in quality program oversight in compliance and accountability.
- 5+ years experience in capability and compliance maturity frameworks.
- Demonstrated fiscal responsibility/accountability in managing budgets.
- Microsoft Windows and Office proficient.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills applied successfully within a team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent facilitation and project management skill.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department.
- Excellent data gathering interviewing and analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
