
- We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Pune.

- This role is critical to attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and contributing to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles across functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skills.
- Drive campus hiring and explore partnerships with reputed institutes.
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience, from first interaction to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 Management Institute (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in using ATS, HRMS, and sourcing tools.
