
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing sales team focused on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales through phone, email, and online channels. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies and processes.
- Manage daily operations of the inside sales team, including pipeline management and forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Drive lead generation efforts, qualify prospects, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Analyze sales metrics and reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new inside sales representatives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in inside sales with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to drive decision-making.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
