Position objective:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Assistant Manager Marketing to join our team.

Role Description:

- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement digital, online, and offline marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives.

- Content Management: Manage the development of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and social media content.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data and marketing analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate Cross Functionally: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product development, design, etc.) to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader company goals.

- Digital Marketing: Help manage online presence, including website, landing pages, and other online and offline outreach campaigns.

- Market Research: Conduct on site primary and offline secondary research to identify customer feedback trends and opportunities for innovation in both digital and traditional marketing.

- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within scope and on time.

Requirements:

Essential:

- Degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- MBA

- 3 - 5 years of hands on experience in marketing, ideally in a generalist role covering various aspects of marketing.

- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and marketing content creation.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily work and presentations.

- Experience in digital marketing platforms (social media, email campaigns, SEO, Google Ads) is preferred.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross functional teams
