Position: Executive Assistant to the Founders Office
As the Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of Hurun Indias leadership, ensuring seamless communication, efficient operations, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will work directly with the Founder and Managing Director, supporting key business functions, fostering client relationships, and driving high-impact initiatives.
What Youll Do:
1. Partner with the Founder for Business Excellence
- Work closely with the Founder and senior leadership to manage stakeholder relationships and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Provide on-the-ground support during high-profile meetings, ensuring discussions are well-documented, and key action points are executed.
2. Master the Art of Communication
- Engage professionally with clients through clear, persuasive, and impactful communication.
- Draft and refine high-quality emails and correspondence with a strong focus on clarity and precision.
- Conduct post-meeting follow-ups, ensuring timely action and continued client engagement.
3. Craft Winning Sales Proposals
- Develop persuasive sales proposals that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and enhance proposals, making them compelling and results-driven.
4. Own Client Relationship Management
- Conduct client meetings to understand their goals and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to client needs.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for engagement and business growth.
5. Deliver Impactful Presentations
- Design and develop visually engaging, high-impact presentations for meetings and pitches.
- Ensure all materials align with Hurun Indias brand and storytelling style.
6. Drive Operational Efficiency with MS Office Proficiency
- Leverage advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to streamline operations.
- Create templates, reports, and analytical tools that enhance team productivity.

Masters degree (mandatory).
- Proven experience in an EA, Client Relations, or similar role.

- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders.
- Expertise in sales proposal writing and presentation development.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events.
