TA role with our client who is a leading Asset Management Company in India.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition professional at a leading Asset Management Company in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.

Educational Qualifications: MBA/ PG (Full-Time MBA is Must).

Key Functions:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment & selection activities from sourcing to on-boarding across levels; multiple locations and functions.

- Partner with different functional heads for understanding critical open mandates and effective planning to ensure closure of mandates within timelines.

- Sourcing and assessment of suitable candidates as per job requirements.

- Ensure delivery of quality resumes/ candidates within specified turnaround time.

- Coordination with various Department Heads or Hiring Managers for open mandates and understanding their requirements.

- Creating / Modifications of Job Descriptions, in case required.

- Plan and execute on alternate hiring strategies: Campus hiring, Internal mobility etc.

- Independently engaging with stakeholders / hiring managers to discuss challenges faced & progress so far to build a strong business partnership.

- Salary offer negotiations and discussions.

- Should be able to interpret industry benchmark data / internal parity and make offer proposals.

- Create a talent pipeline for future requirements and undertake industry / competitors by mapping critical roles / functions and also provide Departmental heads / hiring manager's inputs for effective decision making.

- Maintain and update various MIS, reports and dashboards like sourcing trackers, position update, etc. and other MIS as required for updating senior management on the progress.

- Assist in preparation of weekly / monthly / quarterly MIS and ensure that data provided is error free.

Additional/Desired Skills:

- Recruitment experience for financial services - Asset management would be highly desirable.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Ability to think out of the box and has a creative mindset.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to engage with various functions and seniority.

- Good team player, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and teams.
