Location: Hyderabad.

Employment Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities:.

Talent Management:.

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

Employee Relations:.

- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Performance Management:.

- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

Compensation and Benefits:.

- Work with the compensation team to develop competitive salary structures and benefits programs.

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation plans.

Organizational Development:.

- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and workforce planning.

Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:.

- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an HR business partner or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

- Working with employee unions.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
