We're looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Operations Manager to join our growing team (100-130 people).

In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our HR operations from the ground up, supporting our rapid growth and ensuring a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of scaling HR Ops functions, and can effectively communicate and relate to a diverse workforce.

- Develop and refine a comprehensive employee onboarding program to ensure a smooth and engaging transition for new hires.

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate employment records and ensure data privacy.

- Manage employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism.

- Talent Management & Employee Experience:. Help implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development.
