- Education and Experience required:. Bachelor's degree with Masters in HR Management, Behavioral Science, or related course.

- 8-10 years of HR experience in tech/IT SMB companies or startups with headcount of 500+ FTEs.

- Prior experience of leading and managing a team.

Must haves:

- Strong stakeholder management experience.

- Experience in leading small teams.

- Expertise in HR metrics management, including Esat, eNPS, and attrition analysis with solid experience in MS tools - Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proven ability to design, implement, and govern HR policies and processes.

- Experience in culture strategy development and driving employee engagement initiatives.

- Keen understanding of business drivers and experience in partnering with key stakeholders to drive employee retention programs and measuring their impact.

- Strong knowledge of performance management policies, compliance, and best practices.

- In-depth understanding of labor laws and compliance management.

Role Overview:.

- The Manager - HRBP will implement HR plans, initiatives and solutions at NCR site.

- This role requires the ability to efficiently handle high volumes of tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining deadline sensitivity.

- Key to the position is a proven track record of success in navigating day to day people concerns and grievances and contributing to the HR function within a fast-paced, dynamic business setting.

- Experience collaborating with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR solutions that support business objectives is critical.

Key Responsibilities:.

- HR Process Implementation - Partner with key stakeholders to ensure HR processes and policies are implemented with clarity.

- Support design, documentation and delivery of HR processes, policies, and procedures in the region across the entire employee life cycle including onboarding and exit processes.

- HR Metrics Management - Monitor, manage and report all HR metrics for the site such as Esat, eNPS, Attrition and Top Performers' percentage.

- Actively identify gaps and propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.

- Employee Relations and Stakeholder Management - Serve as the main escalation point for any employee related issues and will be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, engagement program rolls outs and change management effectively.
