Role Summary
The Total Rewards Lead is a global role, responsible for the design and implementation of the organization's compensation programs, manage benefit processes, analyze and evaluate external and internal market data and provide guidance on compensation policy and approach. This role supports the organization's total rewards strategy and implementation, enabling the organization's growth in external markets, while ensuring internal equity & external market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and execute compensation and rewards strategies that align with organizational objectives and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Regional / Country Heads to tailor compensation plans to meet local business needs while maintaining consistency with overall strategy.
- Evaluate jobs for placement in the global & local pay structure through review of job descriptions, collecting & analyzing external market data, & reviewing similar positions internally to ensure internal equity.
- Conduct thorough analysis of external market data and internal employee data to inform compensation and benefits strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis
- Serve as a specialist and subject matter expert in compensation and benefits processes, offering guidance to Business.
- Provides advice & counsel to HRBPs & management on compensation, including development of job descriptions & job families; provide counsel & direction relative to promotion increases, internal transfers & new hire offers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Measure, empanel, review and manage benefit vendor services and activities against contract .
- Ensure global parity on Benefits.
- Works closely with vendors and Payroll to ensure accuracy and explanation of any variances
- Help ensure benefit plan compliance with government regulations
- Support key ad-hoc deliverables as needed
HR Digital
- Lead the design and implementation of HR Digital initiatives, including conceptualizing the HR Digital short and mid-term plan.
- Prioritization of HR automation framework and identifying potential use cases for digitalization and AI.
- Anchor HR MS implementation
