Job Title: HR Lead


Location: Pune


Experience: 10+ Years


Role Overview:


We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping the organizations people strategy, culture, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Strategic HR Leadership


- Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.


- Drive change management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.


- Champion company culture and values across teams.


2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding


- Oversee mid to leadership-level hiring across functions Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Corporate.


- Strengthen employer branding to attract top-tier talent from the automotive and related industries.


- Lead onboarding strategies to ensure quick assimilation and engagement.


3. Talent Management & Development


- Lead Performance Management, L&D, Succession Planning, and Career Pathing.


- Design leadership development programs and support high-potential employee growth.


4. Employee Engagement & Culture


- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive work culture.


- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on people-related matters.


5. HR Operations & Compliance


- Oversee payroll, HRIS, policies, audits, and statutory compliance.


- Implement best-in-class HR processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.


Required Qualifications & Skills:


- MBA/PGDM-HR from a reputed institute.


- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.


- Experience in Automotive/Manufacturing/Consumer Durables sectors preferred.


- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance.


- Proficiency in using HRMS tools (Workday/SAP/SuccessFactors etc.)


- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
