About the Role:


We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist Manager to manage core HR operations, internal hiring, and billing coordination.


This role requires balancing people management with operational excellence to support a fast-growing recruitment firm.


Key Responsibilities:


- Internal Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment for internal positions sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding recruiters, sourcers, and support staff.

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding, confirmations, employee records, and exit formalities for internal staff.

- Invoicing & Coordination: Track client billing cycles, raise invoices in coordination with Finance, and ensure timely collections follow-up.

- Policy & Compliance: Implement HR policies, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws), and maintain audit readiness.

- Payroll & Benefits: Validate attendance, process payroll inputs, resolve employee salary queries, and manage benefits.

- Performance Management: Run appraisals, maintain performance dashboards, and support managers in capability development.

- Employee Engagement & Retention: Design engagement programs, conduct feedback sessions, and drive retention strategies.

- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill development sessions for internal teams.

- MIS & Reporting: Maintain HR and invoicing dashboards, prepare periodic reports on manpower cost, revenue, and productivity.

- Disciplinary Management: Handle grievances and ensure a positive workplace culture while enforcing policies where needed.


Key Requirements:


- Experience: 6 - 10 years in HR operations, with exposure to recruitment industry or professional services firms.

- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and payroll processes.

- Familiarity with invoicing or client coordination for billing will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.
