Qualification: MBA in HR, Engineering background preferred.
About the Role:
- As Manager - HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner with the Sales & Marketing team, managing the complete HR lifecycle from Talent Acquisition to Employee Engagement & Retention.
- This role is critical in building organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and driving HR strategies aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Leadership on workforce planning, succession planning & capability building.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment within defined timelines.
- Implement and optimize sales incentive policies, rewards & recognition programs.
- Drive employee engagement & HR Connects across geographies.
- Resolve employee relations issues, conflicts & disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and improve training & development effectiveness.
- Maintain HR analytics, dashboards & sales policy benchmarking.
- Lead initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion, performance management & compensation.
