About The Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our Managed Venues business by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with business parks, educational institutions or sports infra owners or other relevant stakeholders as per the need.


Responsibilities:


Market Research & Lead Generation:


- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and prioritize target clients in the region


- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including networking, industry events, online research, and social media outreach


- Client Engagement & Relationship Building


- Identify and reach out to key decision-makers at target accounts


- Schedule and conduct effective meetings and presentations to showcase Hudle's value proposition


Business Opportunity Evaluation


- Evaluating business opportunities through business projections, onground research including recces and financial models to evaluate viability and value of a deal


- Negotiations & Contract Closure


- Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives


- Close deals effectively and efficiently


- Data Management & Reporting


- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and client interactions in CRM/Excel Others


- Contributing to the BD team in all aspects of business development for the Managed Venue vertical


Ideal Candidate Profile:


- Proven track record: Minimum 4 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or account management preferably within the sports industry, or related fields.


- Strong interpersonal & communication skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.


- Market knowledge: Good understanding of the sports industry landscape in Bengaluru, including key players, trends, and competitive dynamics.


- Data-driven approach: Proficiency in data analysis, CRM software, and other relevant tools


- Results-oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve ambitious targets and exceed expectations.


- Entrepreneurial spirit: A proactive and self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
