Our client is a fast-growing digital entertainment company, delivering culturally relevant content to audiences across leading OTT platforms. They are currently seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead to work closely with senior leadership on strategic people initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on managing the B2B sales function and should be enthusiastic about the opportunity to shape and establish HR processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning & Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs and build hiring and org plans aligned with business expansion goals.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Ensure a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates for the sales function and other high-priority roles through proactive planning and coordination with TA teams.
- HR Analytics & Dashboards: Own and manage HR MIS, build intuitive dashboards for leadership reviews, and generate insights to drive data-backed decisions.
- Digital Transformation in HR: Lead initiatives for automation, AI integration, and digital tool adoption to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
- Employee Performance & Productivity Analysis: Track and evaluate productivity across functions.
- Churn Management: Identify drivers of high performance and attrition; co-create plans with leaders to improve retention and output.
Qualification
- 6+ years of work experience
- Preferred Qualification: MBA, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Excel, CRM, HRMS, and dashboarding platforms
- Prior experience in managing sales function is a must have.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
