Role: HR Specialist (Recruitment & HR Administration)

Job Location: Koregaon Park ,Pune

Year of Experience: 1-4 Years

Education Background: MBA - HR

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Requirement gathering , preparing job descriptions and posting openings.


- Assisting with consultancies, sourcing and screening candidates from various job portals, interview scheduling, salary negotiations etc.

- Conduct college campus drives single handed.

- Handle pre-employment formalities such as background checks, and offer letter preparation.

- Maintain and update the candidate database.

- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Administration:

- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing induction plans and conducting orientation sessions.

- Manage day-to-day HR admin responsibilities, update company policies and create new policies.

- Conduct exit formalities.

- Analyzing data to identify trends and suggest improvements in HR processes

- Should have experience in handling HRMS tools like KEKA/ZOHO.

- Coordinate and assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events on monthly and quarterly basis.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation

Required Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws is a plus

Selection Process:
