We are seeking a highly technical and process-driven HR Operations Manager with 10+ years' experience in HR operations, payroll, compliance, and HR technology-preferably within Asset Management, BFSI, or Fintech sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize HR processes using automation, AI-driven analytics, and digital transformation.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll management, statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, IT Act, etc.), and audit preparations.
- Enhance HR service delivery, digitize employee lifecycle processes, and manage vendor relationships.
- Drive continuous improvements in HRIS implementations (SAP, Workday, Darwinbox, etc.) and process standardization.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in leveraging HR tech platforms to drive operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of labour laws, SEBI regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and process automation expertise.
