- Experience in factory HR, IR, Statutory compliances & Admin
- Managing multi locational responsibilities.
- Sound knowledge of Statutory compliances, contract labour
- Experience in Employee Engagement initiatives and implementation
- L&D/T&D - assess the training needs and devise strategies and implementation
- PMS - to streamline PMS, define KRAs
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes
- SAP - Experience in EPR /SAP
- Manage payroll, social security and other HR operations
- Leading workforce planning process and in charge of staffing and recruiting activities
- Support & review all sites annual budget forecast process in related to annual labor cost
