About the Organisation:

Our client is a scaled-up start up with market leading position in their domain. They are backed by marquee investors and as a part of their growth journey, they are looking to hire a seasoned HR professional as a HR Head.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working closely with the founders, this person will be responsible to drive the HR agenda for the organization enabling future growth.

Key responsibilities for the role will be:

- Working closely with the founders and leadership team and provide strategic HR leadership to help them build a high performance culture.

- Talent management and drive employee engagement across levels

- Drive talent acquisition strategy to help the organization attract and retain top talent across functions.

- Design rewards strategy to drive high performance across the organisation.

Candidate Background:

- Successful candidate will come with at least 12+ years of experience currently working with a start up with 500+ employees.

- Ideal candidate will have a Tier 1 MBA (preferred) with a strong track record of success and has previously worked with a large organisation .
