The successful candidate will manage essential HR operations, employee engagement, and well-being activities, while analyzing processes and implementing efficiency enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage HR operations, including onboarding, separations, benefits, and employee engagement processes.

2. Analyze processes and implement efficiency enhancements.

3. Develop and implement employee engagement and well-being initiatives.

4. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and benefits.

5. Liaise with external vendors, evaluate event proposals, and manage budgets.

6. Maintain internal records, prepare documentation, and track metrics.
