HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Head
Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, and managing employee relations within the organization. Deep understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and employment laws, with a focus on driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies: Align HR initiatives with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
- Drive organizational effectiveness: Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Champion a positive work environment: Foster a culture of employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Lead HR digital transformation: Implement and manage HR systems and processes using technology to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process: Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies: Attract top talent by implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Manage employee relations: Resolve employee issues and disputes, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives: Develop and execute programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct performance management: Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers.
- Administer compensation and benefits: Ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages are in place.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- HR policy formulation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- HRMS implementation and management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems.
- Data analysis and reporting: Gather and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team leadership: Manage and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.
- Budget management: Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA with experience of 15-20 Years in HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition within the consumer durables or similar industry with a proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and developing effective recruitment strategies.
2. Strong understanding of the consumer durables industry and its talent landscape.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Experience in managing HR operations across multiple locations may be required.
7. Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the consumer durables industry, such as seasonal fluctuations in demand and the importance of customer service, may be beneficial
